Rio Vista Post Acute & Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, conveniently located about a mile west of AZ-101 on the corner of W Olive Ave and N 103rd Ave. We are about 3 miles south of Banner Boswell Medical Center, near the southern edge of Peoria.
We feature 150 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
